Knowing God is for You Changes Everything

Lent Day 6 Tuesday, March 11

This I know, God is for me. For you have delivered my soul from death, yes, my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of life. Psalm 56:9, 13

David wrote this psalm after being captured by the Philistines and acting like a madman to be released. He knows it is God, not his acting abilities, who delivered him. David desires to walk in the light before the God who is for him.

Ponder: Where does your soul feel like it is dying or that you're about to fall? Do you know that God is for you? Are you ready to walk in the light with Him?

Praise: I know God is for me. Because of Jesus Christ, I walk before God in the light of life.
